Job Description

Are you a natural problem solver who excels in a fast-paced environment?DoorDash is looking for a Senior Associate, Screenings to join our Compliance team. As a Senior Associate, Screenings, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing background checks and other screening activities to ensure that our merchants and other third parties meet our compliance standards. You will be working cross-functionally with other teams, providing guidance on screening matters and escalating any concerns to the Compliance leadership team.In this role, you should have an eye for detail and be able to manage multiple activities simultaneously. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to provide clear feedback to teams and stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization, build relationships with external partners, and think strategically about compliance screening procedures.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• At least 2-3 years of experience in compliance and/or background check screening• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compliance and screening policies and procedures• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to analyze data and identify trends• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to complianceIf this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze background checks and other screening activities to ensure compliance standards are met.
  2. Provide guidance on screening matters and escalate any concerns to the Compliance leadership team.
  3. Develop and implement compliance and screening policies and procedures.
  4. Analyze data and identify trends.
  5. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  6. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  7. Solve complex problems and provide customer-centric approaches to compliance.
  8. Collaborate effectively with teams across the organization, and build relationships with external partners.
  9. Think strategically about compliance screening procedures.
