- Develop and implement strategic plans for the expansion of DoorDash into new verticals within the food delivery industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential growth opportunities and create action plans to capitalize on them.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape in the food delivery industry.
- Lead the development and execution of new business initiatives, including partnerships and acquisitions, to drive growth and revenue.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of new verticals, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support the growth of new verticals.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of new verticals.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.
- Identify and address potential operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the overall strategy for new verticals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging for new verticals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the food delivery industry and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive overall company growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Strategy Or Operations Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis And Modeling.
Demonstrated Success In Developing And Executing Strategic Initiatives And Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholders At All Levels.
