
Senior Associate - Labor Strategy & Operations

- Develop and implement effective labor strategies to support the company's expansion.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization in labor operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify key insights, and make recommendations for labor strategy.
- Monitor and track labor trends and industry developments to inform decision-making.
- Communicate labor strategy plans and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Manage projects related to labor strategy, including setting timelines, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
- Identify and address potential risks or challenges in labor operations and develop contingency plans.
- Evaluate and assess the impact of labor strategies on the company's overall performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all operations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize labor processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members on labor strategy and operations.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support labor strategy initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment and hiring processes for the team.
- Represent the company in labor-related conferences, events, and meetings.
- Uphold a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving company goals.
Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Labor Strategy And Operations, Preferably In The Food Delivery Or Gig Economy Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Labor Strategies To Improve Operational Efficiency And Employee Satisfaction.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
