- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expansion of DashMart nationwide.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities and execute expansion plans.
- Analyze market data and trends to identify potential areas for growth and inform decision making.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and vendors to ensure successful expansion and operations.
- Manage and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of DashMart growth initiatives.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure alignment and achievement of goals.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to continuously improve and innovate DashMart growth strategies.
Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment, Preferably In The E-Commerce Or Retail Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Growth Strategies, Including Customer Acquisition, Retention, And Engagement.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Sql, And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
