- Develop and execute retention strategies focused on occasions and special events to drive customer loyalty and increase revenue.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to identify and target key segments and behaviors for retention efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and analytics, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of retention strategies.
- Continuously analyze and optimize retention efforts to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to inform retention strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as restaurants and vendors, to enhance retention efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on retention performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize retention budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to support their professional development and contribute to team success.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture through effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in retention marketing to inform strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to innovate and improve retention efforts to drive business growth.
- Represent DoorDash and the Consumer Retention Marketing team at internal and external events and conferences.
- Uphold and promote DoorDash's mission and values in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Consumer Retention Or Loyalty Marketing Role.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Behavior And Experience In Developing And Executing Retention Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Customer Engagement And Retention Through Innovative Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
