- Manage and optimize the logistics and operations of our food delivery platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dasher operations with other departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our Dasher fleet through recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new Dashers, ensuring timely completion of all necessary paperwork and training.
- Work closely with restaurant partners to solve any operational issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall Dasher experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our operations remain cutting-edge.
- Serve as a point of contact for Dashers, providing support and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of Dashers and the overall platform.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about local regulations and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
2-4 Years Of Experience In Operations, Logistics, Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Food Delivery Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Managing Projects And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
