As the Privacy Counsel Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our global privacy and data protection strategy.In order to qualify for this role, you must have a JD degree and/or other relevant legal credentials with a minimum of 5 years of experience in privacy law and/or technology law. You must also have a proven track record of successfully managing complex privacy and data protection projects. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage a global privacy and data protection strategy.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant privacy and data protection laws and regulations.
3. Provide legal advice and guidance on privacy and data protection matters.
4. Draft and review privacy policies, terms and conditions, and other legal documents.
5. Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and provide updates to the team.
6. Assist with the investigation and resolution of privacy complaints.
7. Conduct privacy and data protection training for employees.
8. Liaise with external counsel and other third parties on data protection matters.
9. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the company’s privacy compliance.
10. Monitor and implement best practices for data security and privacy.
