
Payment Operations Manager

- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and accurate processing of payments for customers, merchants, and dashers.
- Oversee and lead a team of payment operations specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Monitor and analyze payment processing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize payment operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless payment processes and resolve any issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to payments, and proactively make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and security requirements for payment processing and data protection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with payment partners and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and troubleshoot any issues.
- Handle escalations and inquiries related to payment operations, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports to upper management on payment processing performance and initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve payment processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage and allocate budget and resources effectively to meet payment operations goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on payment-related matters.
- Represent the company in external meetings and events related to payment operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Payment Operations Or A Similar Role.
Strong Understanding Of Payment Processing Systems And Procedures.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
