- Conduct regular site visits to assess laboratory operations and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for laboratory operations, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

- Train and onboard new laboratory partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed on the DoorDash platform.

- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of operational initiatives.
