8. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on trust and safety efforts and address any concerns or questions.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement and industry organizations, to enhance the security and integrity of the platform.
10. Analyze data and metrics to identify patterns and trends, and use insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
11. Uphold company values of transparency and accountability, and ensure all trust and safety processes are fair and consistent.
12. Continuously review and update trust and safety policies to align with evolving business needs and industry standards.
13. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting a positive user experience and building trust within the DoorDash community.
14. Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and advance their careers in trust and safety management.
15. Work with the leadership team to set goals and objectives for the trust and safety department and track progress towards achieving them.
