- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability for our merchant partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize merchant insights initiatives that align with business goals.
- Utilize data and market insights to identify new sales opportunities and optimize existing partnerships.
- Manage and analyze sales data to track performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key merchant partners, acting as a primary point of contact for any sales-related inquiries.
- Monitor and report on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to streamline sales operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
- Participate in sales meetings and present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and operations.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential merchant partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Background In Sales Strategy Development And Operations Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Business Development Role, Preferably In The E-Commerce Or Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Results Through Data-Driven Insights And Strategic Decision-Making.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Alignment Across The Organization.
