- Develop and execute DoorDash's merchant strategy to drive growth and operational excellence.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team to ensure successful implementation of merchant strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive merchant acquisition and retention.
- Identify and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform and improve merchant strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchant partners.
- Drive operational efficiency and improve processes across all merchant partnerships.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the merchant strategy.
- Create and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.
- Stay informed on industry developments and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Economics, Or A Related Field.
3+ Years Of Experience In A Management Or Strategy Role, Preferably In The E-Commerce Or Food Delivery Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Merchants And Internal Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Business Strategies And Driving Operational Efficiency.
