- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and success for DoorDash's merchant partners.
- Lead a team to identify and implement innovative initiatives that will improve the overall performance of our merchant partners on the platform.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization within our merchant partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of merchant strategies.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform merchant strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with merchant partners and act as the main point of contact for strategic discussions and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of merchant partnerships.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on key performance indicators to track the success of merchant partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives and meet performance targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements and new initiatives.
- Act as an advocate for merchants within the organization, representing their needs and concerns to leadership and other teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement within the merchant strategy and operations team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Economics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Strategy And Operations, Preferably In The E-Commerce Or Technology Industry
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql And Excel
Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Multiple Stakeholders
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
