- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product marketing and communication, and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate.
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging communication materials.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns, and use data to inform future strategies and decisions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for DoorDash and uphold our values and mission in all communication efforts.
