  1. Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  3. Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to develop training materials and resources.
  4. Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization.

  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and other methods.
  7. Continuously adapt and improve learning and development initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  9. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance their professional development.
  10. Collaborate with HR and talent management teams to identify high-potential employees and develop customized development plans for them.
  11. Manage the learning and development budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  12. Track and report on the impact and effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
  13. Maintain accurate records of training programs and employee progress.
  14. Communicate with employees to promote the value and importance of continuous learning and development.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for employees seeking professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning & Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Creating And Delivering Training Programs, Both In-Person And Virtually.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Facilitate Learning For Diverse Audiences.
