- Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to develop training materials and resources.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design techniques to create impactful learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and other methods.
- Continuously adapt and improve learning and development initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance their professional development.
- Collaborate with HR and talent management teams to identify high-potential employees and develop customized development plans for them.
- Manage the learning and development budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Track and report on the impact and effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of training programs and employee progress.
- Communicate with employees to promote the value and importance of continuous learning and development.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for employees seeking professional development opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning & Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.
Demonstrated Experience In Creating And Delivering Training Programs, Both In-Person And Virtually.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Facilitate Learning For Diverse Audiences.
