- Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development needs of employees and teams.
- Design and implement effective learning and development programs, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical training.
- Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training programs align with business goals and objectives.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, such as classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job coaching, to effectively deliver training content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management, career development, and other learning opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and tools to support training programs.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to deliver specialized training, as needed.
- Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization, promoting continuous growth and development for all employees.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to managers and employees on training and development initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks related to training and development, such as scheduling, tracking attendance, and managing training records.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to promote and support training and development initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and identify areas for improvement in the training and development process.
- Represent the company's values and culture in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Training And Development Programs.
Strong Understanding Of Learning Theory And Instructional Design Principles.
Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
