- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and design effective learning programs to address those needs.
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of learning initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve and enhance the company's training programs.
- Partner with external training providers and vendors to source and deliver high-quality learning resources.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, such as e-learning, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training, to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
- Monitor and track employee progress and performance to identify areas for improvement and provide additional support as needed.
- Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to identify and develop top talent within the company.
- Communicate and promote the importance of continuous learning and development to all employees and foster a culture of learning within the organization.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning & Development, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment.
Experience Designing And Delivering Training Programs For A Diverse Workforce, Including Both In-Person And Virtual Delivery Methods.
Excellent Communication And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
