We need a versatile, quick thinking team member to help support our Tempe office. More specifically, the HR Generalist will be the first-line point-of-contact to support the delivery of HR solutions and will partner closely with HRBP’s and all lines of businesses to deliver on-site HR services. Empower people managers to build amazing teams. Assess employee development needs & employee relations concerns and recommend solutions. Collaborate with our non-exempt supervisors to continue to develop our workforce. Enforce & develop our HR policies and procedures as necessary. Help enhance our employee experience for our remote, non-exempt employee population. Coach people managers in areas such as performance management, leave management, reward/recognition, etc.
2 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture where the business is constantly evolving
