• Advise executive team on corporate legal matters • Provide legal counsel on corporate transactions • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents • Manage and coordinate with external counsel • Monitor state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to DoorDash • Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and standards • Stay informed of legal trends and developments that may impact DoorDash • Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance • Evaluate and manage risks associated with corporate activities • Ensure legal and ethical compliance throughout the organization • Provide legal advice in a timely fashion to business leaders and other stakeholders
