
Franchise Account Executive, Enterprise Sales

- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow and maintain franchise partnerships within the restaurant industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with franchise owners and restaurant chains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with DoorDash.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop customized solutions and proposals for franchise partners.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with franchise partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and progress towards goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador for DoorDash and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve and optimize processes and procedures related to franchise partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and laws related to franchise partnerships and ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure their success in the role.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall sales growth for DoorDash.
- Travel to meet with potential and existing franchise partners as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with franchise partners and other stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Experience In A B2B Or Enterprise Environment, Preferably Within The Food Or Restaurant Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Franchise Business Model And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Franchisees And Corporate Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Close Deals.
Experience In Developing And Executing Sales Strategies To Acquire New Franchise Partners And Grow Existing Accounts.
Proficient In Using Crm Software To Manage And Track Sales Activities, With A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail.
