
Franchise Account Executive, Enterprise Sales

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Franchise Account Executive in our Enterprise Sales division. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the restaurant industry, building strong relationships and driving growth for both our partners and DoorDash. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the franchise industry, including restaurant owners, managers, and executives.
- Identify and pursue new franchise partnership opportunities, leveraging DoorDash's unique value proposition to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and support, to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for franchise partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential franchise partners and understand market trends and competitor activity.
- Proactively communicate with franchise partners to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with franchise partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, using a data-driven approach to track and analyze performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to franchise partnerships.
- Represent DoorDash at industry events and conferences to promote the company and establish new partnerships.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, partnership status, and market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and streamline processes related to franchise partnerships.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with franchise partners and within the company.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth, staying informed on industry and sales best practices.
- Act as an ambassador for DoorDash, embodying the company's mission, values, and culture in all interactions.
Demonstrated Sales Experience: A Successful Franchise Account Executive Should Have A Proven Track Record In Sales, Preferably Within The Food Or Restaurant Industry. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Value Of Doordash's Services To Potential Franchise Partners And Close Deals.
Strong Relationship Building Skills: Building And Maintaining Relationships Is Crucial In Enterprise Sales, And A Franchise Account Executive Should Have The Ability To Establish Trust And Rapport With Franchise Owners And Decision-Makers.
Knowledge Of The Franchise Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Franchise Industry And Its Unique Challenges And Opportunities. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Tailor Doordash's Offerings To Meet The Specific Needs Of Franchise Partners.
Strategic Thinking And Problem Solving: As An Enterprise Sales Role, The Franchise Account Executive Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Solving Complex Problems For Franchise Partners. They Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Creatively To Find Solutions That Meet The Needs Of Both Doordash And The Franchise Partner.
