We are seeking a motivated and talented Enterprise Account Executive to join our DoorDash for Business team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with enterprise level clients to grow our DoorDash for Business platform. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing top-notch customer service.   1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales goals for the DoorDash for Business platform.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise level clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and industries to target for business development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of DoorDash for Business.
  5. Utilize sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, and presentations to generate new business opportunities.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  7. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to help drive business growth.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  11. Represent DoorDash at industry events and conferences to promote the DoorDash for Business platform and generate new leads.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support each other's success.
