Job Description

You will not only focus on reactive support (i.e. investigations, conflict management), but also help us build foundational educational and proactive support infrastructure as we scale. More specifically, you are a strategic, innovative, and thoughtful partner, with great judgment and a strong ability to navigate tricky situations. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of investigations to ensure quality employee relations records and metrics. Support and coach employees utilizing best in class conflict management. Utilize a strong understanding of company policy and employment laws to provide recommendations to business leaders and HRBPs in partnership with the ER Senior Manager and legal counsel. Engage as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to coach employees and managers on sensitive work-related issues. Develop and execute employee relations efforts.

Job Qualifications

  • PHR or SPHR certifications are a plus.

  • 7 - 10 years of HR experience

  • At least 5 of those being specific employee relations experience (i.e. conducting investigations into EEO concerns).

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture where the business is constantly evolving,

  • Knowledge of California employment laws is a plus as well as legal experience.
