- Develop and oversee the financial strategy and vision for the company
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate strategic initiatives and investments
- Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis to inform decision-making
- Manage the company's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and external partners
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
- Coach and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and strategy
- Communicate and present financial information and recommendations to senior leadership and board of directors.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Finance Or Strategy Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Finance Teams And Developing Strategic Plans.
Strong Financial Analysis Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Financial Information To Non-Finance Stakeholders.
