Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our digital ordering strategy, driving growth and innovation, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital ordering strategy for DoorDash to drive growth and innovation.
  2. Lead and manage a team of digital product managers to ensure successful implementation of the digital ordering strategy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment and execution of the digital ordering strategy.
  4. Monitor market trends and customer needs to continuously improve and evolve the digital ordering experience.
  5. Conduct research and gather insights to inform product development and enhancements.
  6. Work closely with local businesses to understand their needs and ensure their success on the DoorDash platform.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of the digital ordering strategy and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the digital ordering experience for customers and businesses.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  10. Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure an exceptional customer experience through the digital ordering process.
  11. Communicate progress, results, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
  12. Develop and manage budgets for digital ordering initiatives.
  13. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  14. Represent DoorDash at industry events and conferences to further enhance our digital ordering presence and reputation.
  15. Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
