We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as DashMart Team Members at our new venture, DashMart. As a DashMart Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional customer experience by handling orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store. We are seeking candidates who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering convenience to our customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers to DashMart with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Handle customer orders and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  3. Stock shelves and ensure that all products are neatly displayed and easily accessible for customers.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including regular cleaning and restocking of shelves.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a safe shopping experience for customers and team members.
  7. Be knowledgeable about the products and services offered at DashMart and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of DashMart.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for DoorDash and DashMart, promoting our values and mission to provide convenience and quality to our customers.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
