- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities for the Drive product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of the Drive product.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new Drive markets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Support the team in managing and optimizing partnerships with Drive merchants.
- Contribute to the creation of business plans and financial forecasts for the Drive product.
- Continuously monitor and report on the competitive landscape and market trends to inform business strategy.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
- Uphold company values and culture while representing the Strategy & Operations team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Economics, Or Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Consulting, Strategy, Or Operations Role.
Strong Analytical Skills, Including Proficiency In Excel And Data Analysis Tools.
Experience In Project Management And Driving Cross-Functional Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members At All Levels.
