- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with top retailers to drive business growth and revenue.
- Foster strong relationships with existing retail partners to ensure continued success and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for expanding retail partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador for DoorDash, effectively communicating our value proposition and building rapport with potential and existing partners.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize partnership performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the negotiation and implementation of partnership agreements.
- Regularly report on partnership performance and provide insights to inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
- Represent DoorDash at industry events and conferences to network and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges with partnerships, working towards swift resolution.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with retail partners.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, making recommendations for improvement or expansion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Strategic Partnerships Or Business Development, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Partnership Deals.
In-Depth Understanding Of Retail Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competitive Landscape.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment, With A Strong Drive For Results And A Customer-Centric Mindset.
