- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic restaurant partners to drive growth and revenue for the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and identify potential partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic account plans.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with strategic partners.
- Actively monitor and analyze partner performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of account plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and account information.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously improve processes and strategies to optimize partner relationships and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the larger sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Uphold the company's mission and values in all interactions and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Sales, Or Business Development.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Managing Strategic Partnerships With Large Accounts.
Strong Understanding Of The Food Delivery Industry And Competitive Landscape.
