We’re looking for an Associate, New Verticals - Convenience Strategy & Operations to join DoorDash and help us shape the future of convenience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of initiatives, from developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for new verticals to partnering with external stakeholders to ensure success.You’ll be a key player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to create a seamless convenience experience for our customers. To be successful, you should be an excellent communicator and problem solver, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that will drive our business forward.Requirements:• At least 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, or sales• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive results• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Passion for creating a great customer experience• Entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new verticals in order to create a seamless convenience experience for customers.
- Partner with external stakeholders to ensure success of new verticals.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive results and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions that will drive the business forward.
- Monitor the performance and progress of new verticals and adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Maintain an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset to stay abreast of industry trends and customer feedback.
