- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and proactively implement solutions.
- Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability of platform services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Create and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the development and delivery of platform services.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Strategy And Operations, Preferably In A High-Growth Environment.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Developing Data-Driven Strategies.
Excellent Project Management And Organizational Skills.
Knowledge Of The Food Delivery Industry And Familiarity With Doordash's Platform And Services.
