- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key partners to drive innovation and growth for our platform.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of partner services and technologies into our platform.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for partnership and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the main point of contact for all platform-related matters.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand and communicate partner integration requirements.
- Monitor and track partnership performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain internal processes and documentation related to partner integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and incorporate new ideas and strategies into our partnership approach.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our platform and building relationships with potential partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop joint marketing and promotional initiatives with partners.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to partner integrations in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate and negotiate terms and agreements with potential and existing partners.
- Train and mentor team members on partnership best practices and strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our partnership program to ensure maximum impact and success for our platform.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Strategic Partnerships, Or Business Development.
Strong Understanding Of Technology And Platform Integrations, Preferably In The Food Delivery Industry.
Demonstrated Success In Building And Maintaining Relationships With External Partners.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
