- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and success for our merchant partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Build strong relationships with merchant partners and provide excellent customer service.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of merchant partnerships.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve our services.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful partnership.
- Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by merchant partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to promote local businesses.
- Identify and propose new initiatives to drive growth and improve the overall merchant experience.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Review and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company in meetings and events with merchant partners and other stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Business Strategy, Operations, Or Consulting.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Problems.
Experience In The E-Commerce Or Food Delivery Industry Is Preferred.
