- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
- Monitor and track progress of initiatives, identify any roadblocks and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Utilize project management skills to develop timelines, set goals, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the product team to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements for the digital ordering platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation of initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital technology and make recommendations for incorporating them into DoorDash's platform.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Represent DoorDash at industry events and conferences to promote the company's digital platform and build relationships with potential partners.
- Uphold and promote DoorDash's core values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and ensure all initiatives are executed within budget and on time.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Digital Ordering Or E-Commerce Strategy
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities
