- Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of DashMart, including identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of DashMart into the DoorDash platform.
- Manage and optimize the systems and processes of DashMart, ensuring an efficient and effective operation.
- Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer and merchant experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with merchants, addressing any concerns or issues and fostering positive partnerships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the operations of DashMart.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for DashMart.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on the progress and performance of DashMart, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Operations, Or Strategy Roles.
Experience In The Technology Industry, Preferably In E-Commerce Or Logistics, Is A Plus.
