As an Associate Manager for CPG Strategy & Operations, you will play a critical role in driving growth and efficiency for our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) partners. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the CPG industry to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, develop and execute strategies, and make a significant impact on the success of our CPG partnerships. - Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and efficiency for our CPG partners
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of initiatives
- Collaborate with CPG partners to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve their business performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the CPG industry to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential new CPG partners and develop strategies to onboard them
- Manage and oversee projects related to CPG partnerships, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of CPG initiatives
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing CPG partnerships
- Act as a liaison between DoorDash and CPG partners, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Stay updated on industry news, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive innovation
- Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and knowledge in the CPG industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Consulting, Strategy, Or Operations In The Consumer Packaged Goods (Cpg) Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Data To Drive Business Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Results And Managing Projects From Conception To Implementation.
