- Develop and implement strategic media plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for DoorDash.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Manage and optimize media budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Monitor and analyze media performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance brand media strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners and negotiate media buys to maximize ROI.
- Utilize creative thinking and data analysis to identify new and innovative ways to reach target audiences through media channels.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and on-brand messaging for media campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on media performance to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all media channels.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Represent DoorDash at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of DoorDash's brand, mission, and values to ensure all media efforts are aligned with company goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve media processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Brand Media And Growth Marketing.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Media Channels And Analytics, Including Paid Search, Social Media, And Display Advertising.
Experience Managing And Optimizing Large Budgets For Brand Media Campaigns.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Meet Tight Deadlines.
