
Associate, Dasher & Logistics - Strategy & Operations

- Collaborate with the Strategy & Operations team to develop and execute innovative strategies for improving delivery operations and logistics.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage and maintain relationships with Dashers (delivery drivers) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
- Develop and implement training programs for Dashers to improve their performance and ensure quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.
- Monitor and track delivery performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the logistics and delivery process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in the delivery process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in logistics and delivery to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new delivery features and initiatives.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new Dashers.
- Uphold company values and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Logistics, Operations, Or Supply Chain Management.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Drive Strategic Decisions.
Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Initiatives Simultaneously.
Experience In The Food Delivery Industry Or E-Commerce Is Preferred.
