System Analyst

Maintain all applications within Web Administration’s area of responsibility to include upgrades, patches, troubleshooting and resolving production system outages. Work closely with the application development and web development teams to deploy systems in the various environments (Test, DR, and PROD). Coordinate and manage upgrades to include change management process and communication to the business owners and field users. Monitor, analyze and report on application utilization and performance. Take corrective actions as required. Develop and maintain accurate documentation for all applications within Web Administration to include DR implementation. Maintain a working knowledge of all business applications, known defects and issues, processes, etc. Ensure Scripting to automate daily and/or routine tasks. Ensure smooth transitions from project integration to daily operations. Perform project management duties as required.
