3. Stay updated on current visual merchandising trends and incorporate them into displays.
4. Maintain a clean and organized display area, regularly restocking and rearranging products as needed.
5. Use creativity to come up with new and innovative display ideas to constantly refresh the store's appearance.
6. Ensure that all displays are in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
7. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure all necessary products and materials are available for displays.
8. Monitor and analyze customer responses to different displays and make necessary changes to improve sales.
9. Train and guide other team members on proper display techniques and standards.
10. Keep track of display materials and supplies, and make purchase recommendations when needed.
11. Collaborate with vendors to obtain promotional materials and displays.
12. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to all customers in the store.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
14. Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
15. Continuously strive to improve display techniques and processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
