
Store Display Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as a Store Display Coordinator at Dollar Tree. In this role, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching displays that showcase our products and attract customers to our store. Our ideal candidate has a passion for visual merchandising, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. - Design and set up visually appealing displays that effectively showcase Dollar Tree products and attract customers to the store.
- Collaborate with the store manager and team to understand product promotions and create displays that align with marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on current visual merchandising trends and incorporate them into displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area, regularly restocking and rearranging products as needed.
- Use creativity to come up with new and innovative display ideas to constantly refresh the store's appearance.
- Ensure that all displays are in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure all necessary products and materials are available for displays.
- Monitor and analyze customer responses to different displays and make necessary changes to improve sales.
- Train and guide other team members on proper display techniques and standards.
- Keep track of display materials and supplies, and make purchase recommendations when needed.
- Collaborate with vendors to obtain promotional materials and displays.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to all customers in the store.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to improve display techniques and processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Previous Experience In Visual Merchandising And Store Display Coordination, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Knowledge Of Current Retail Trends And Ability To Create Visually Appealing Displays That Drive Sales.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects At Once.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Store Management And Corporate Teams.
Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Nights And Weekends, And Ability To Travel To Different Store Locations As Needed.
