- Stay up-to-date with current retail trends and customer preferences to create displays that attract and engage customers.
- Collaborate with the store manager and team to plan and execute display strategies that drive sales and meet store goals.
- Ensure that all displays are properly stocked, maintained, and restocked throughout the day.
- Use strong organizational skills to efficiently manage inventory and rotate products to keep displays fresh and relevant.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the backroom and storage areas for display materials.
- Continuously evaluate and improve display layouts and designs to maximize visual impact and customer interest.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of display materials and to stay informed about new products and promotions.
- Train and educate store associates on proper display techniques and standards to maintain consistency throughout the store.
- Monitor and report on display performance and make recommendations for changes or improvements as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and merchandising guidelines.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dollar Tree, embodying the company's values and providing excellent customer service at all times.
Experience In Visual Merchandising: A Store Display Coordinator At Dollar Tree Should Have Experience In Creating Visually Appealing And Effective Displays In A Retail Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Color Schemes, Product Placement, And Signage.
