Job Description

Welcome to Dollar Tree! We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Store Display Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that effectively showcase our products and attract customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a keen understanding of customer preferences.   1. Design visually appealing and creative displays that effectively showcase Dollar Tree products.
  2. Stay up-to-date with current retail trends and customer preferences to create displays that attract and engage customers.
  3. Collaborate with the store manager and team to plan and execute display strategies that drive sales and meet store goals.
  4. Ensure that all displays are properly stocked, maintained, and restocked throughout the day.
  5. Use strong organizational skills to efficiently manage inventory and rotate products to keep displays fresh and relevant.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the backroom and storage areas for display materials.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve display layouts and designs to maximize visual impact and customer interest.
  8. Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of display materials and to stay informed about new products and promotions.
  9. Train and educate store associates on proper display techniques and standards to maintain consistency throughout the store.
  10. Monitor and report on display performance and make recommendations for changes or improvements as needed.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and merchandising guidelines.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Dollar Tree, embodying the company's values and providing excellent customer service at all times.
