  1. Develop and implement creative and visually appealing store displays that align with the company's brand and drive sales.
  2. Collaborate with store management and team members to ensure displays are strategically placed and meet merchandising standards.
  3. Utilize knowledge of current industry trends and customer preferences to create unique and effective displays.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring all products are properly stocked and presented to maximize sales.
  5. Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust displays accordingly.
  6. Work closely with the buying team to source new and innovative display materials.
  7. Train and coach team members on effective display techniques and merchandising standards.
  8. Ensure all displays adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
  9. Communicate with customers and gather feedback on display effectiveness.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new merchandise to effectively showcase in displays.
  11. Manage inventory and ordering of display materials as needed.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing and promotional guidelines.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  14. Continuously strive to improve and innovate displays to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  15. Assist with other store tasks and responsibilities as needed.
