  1. Design and create visually appealing store displays that effectively showcase Dollar Tree products.
  2. Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop display strategies that align with company goals and initiatives.
  3. Conduct research and stay current on industry trends and customer buying behavior to ensure displays are relevant and effective.
  4. Utilize creativity and attention to detail to arrange products in an attractive and organized manner.
  5. Implement and maintain planograms and visual merchandising guidelines provided by corporate.
  6. Regularly analyze sales data to determine the most effective layout and placement of products within displays.
  7. Work closely with store management to ensure displays are properly stocked and maintained.
  8. Train and coach store associates on proper display techniques and standards.
  9. Ensure all displays meet safety and compliance standards.
  10. Continuously identify and implement new ideas and techniques to improve the overall appearance and effectiveness of displays.
  11. Communicate with vendors and manage inventory levels of display materials.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and representing the Dollar Tree brand.
  13. Manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure displays are completed on time.
  14. Assist in the set-up and take-down of seasonal and promotional displays.
  15. Participate in store meetings and provide updates on display strategies and results.
