- Lead and oversee the successful execution of store construction projects for Dollar Tree from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company goals and standards.
- Proactively identify and address potential project risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Communicate project status updates, issues, and resolutions to all relevant parties in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the construction process.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to facilitate their growth and development.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Construction Projects Simultaneously
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
