- Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.

- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

- Attend and participate in training sessions and store meetings.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Sales Floor Associate At Dollar Tree Must Possess Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Effectively Assist And Engage Customers On The Sales Floor.
Knowledge Of Dollar Tree Products: A Candidate For This Role Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products Sold At Dollar Tree And Be Able To Provide Accurate Information To Customers.
Ability To Handle Cash Transactions: Sales Floor Associates Are Responsible For Processing Cash And Credit Card Transactions, So Candidates Should Have Experience Handling Money And Be Comfortable With Basic Math.
