Sales Floor Associate

1. Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, locating products, and making product recommendations.
3. Stock shelves and merchandise products in an attractive and organized manner.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping, dusting, and restocking items as needed.
5. Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the store.
6. Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
9. Be knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and discounts to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, especially during busy and stressful situations.
11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
