- Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, locating products, and making product recommendations.
- Stock shelves and merchandise products in an attractive and organized manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping, dusting, and restocking items as needed.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Be knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and discounts to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, especially during busy and stressful situations.

- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
