Sales Floor Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting customers with their purchases. 1. Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise, providing product information and answering any questions they may have.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by regularly restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring all merchandise is properly labeled and priced.
4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Continuously monitor inventory levels and notify management of any low stock or out of stock items.
7. Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent loss and maintain a safe shopping environment.
8. Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming promotions, sales, and special events.
9. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure the store remains well-stocked and organized.
10. Attend and actively participate in store meetings and training sessions.
11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Dollar Tree's policies, procedures, and values.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and sales techniques.
13. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing Dollar Tree to customers and the community.
14. Adhere to all company dress code, grooming, and appearance standards.
15. Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.
