- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by regularly sweeping, mopping, and dusting shelves and displays.
- Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments and properly stocking them on shelves.
- Help customers locate products and make recommendations based on their needs.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and merchandise.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures and adhere to them at all times.
- Proactively identify and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining store inventory levels and participate in regular inventory counts.
- Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve customer service and product knowledge.
