7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work culture.
8. Continuously learn about Dollar Tree products and promotions to effectively assist customers and make product recommendations.
9. Handle customer returns and exchanges following company guidelines.
10. Proactively identify and resolve any customer service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
11. Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise deliveries.
12. Effectively communicate with management regarding any customer or operational issues.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and dress code.
14. Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing the company.
