  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  4. Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs.
  6. Ring up sales and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and meet store goals.
  8. Stay updated on current promotions and sales to effectively communicate them to customers.
  9. Actively seek out and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
  11. Continuously learn about products and services offered to effectively assist customers.
  12. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  15. Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
